Ty Buchanan is a defense lawyer trying to make it big in California. His life is shattered by the death of his beloved fiancee by a falling body. That's right. A falling body. He vigorously begins to investigate the accident and finds that it was no accident.
As his law practice begins to fall apart because of false evidence against him, he is forced to move in with a friend. This means going to live at a local convent.
This book would not be very interesting without the excellent storytelling of Ty Buchanan. The first chapter is one of the best first chapter ever written.
However, the factor that is keeping this book off of the Elite List is its slightly bland storyline. The villain is pretty easy to figure out. Ty Buchanan and the nuns at the convent makes for a good foil.
Like I said, Ty is the saving grace of this book. He alone makes this book worth reading.
